Jan. 25: Community Hall 12-3 Shirley will engage community members in creative mindfulness activities. Mindfulness can improve self-regulation, confidence, problem-solving, focus, and empathy. All participants will receive a sensory stress-relief goody bag. Healthy lunch will be provided.
